Senior Marketing Proposition Manager - Yorkshire

This company is a global market leading organisation with a phenomenal record of growth and success. They are now looking to recruit a new role to the business to focus on the Global Proposition.

The Role:
·Own the global brand and customer experience proposition, messaging and creative. Tailor the proposition to provide cut through for key customer segments and markets delivering against core metrics such as sales, profit and customer growth
·Use customer and market insight (global and regional) to inform how we take our Brand to market and position ourselves with the clear view to meet our strategic objectives. Develop winning propositions in our key investment growth and defend markets
·Ensure internal clarity of the proposition and how the business will utilize it as a whole and in part to ensure customers receive relevant and compelling communication. The consistent communication of the proposition through messaging will provide customers with a clear understanding of what we stand for.
·Work within the operation and other key functions to inform and shape the future proposition that reflects an ever changing market and specifically within vertical markets and customer segments.
·Lead the drive to relentlessly prioritize our investments in core markets and programs to ensure effectiveness and delivery of the core proposition
·Build strong understanding of the Global market and key segments/ customer environments in key geographies. Establish and drive processes for market research specifically on industry, customers and competitive trends to drive business and product proposition efforts/decisions
·Working closely with the Global Head of Brand, Customer Experience Team and Global Communications, this role ensures the proposition is fit for purpose and differentiates from our competitors. Feeding in to the Supplier and Product Marketing team, the role will ensure the service proposition is suitably aligned to our product proposition ensuring true relevancy of message to drive interest and create share of mind
·Bring thought leadership to the team and share best practice and industry leading practices that will positively challenge how we think and communicate with our customers today

The Person:
·5+ years senior proposition management experience - preferably across multiple markets and customer groups
·Broad depth of B2B proposition marketing, customer segmentation, and communications
·Strong brand creative and customer communications skills
·Experience of full multi-channel marketing mix -including offline, online, SEM, social
·Excellent communication and influencing skills - strong stakeholder and sponsor management
·Proven ability to deliver results in a complex multi-channel marketing environment
