Senior Marketing Manager – Acquisition - Yorkshire
B2B acquisition for high value services is not straight forward. Doing so within the regulatory requirements of financial services makes it even more complex. If you've got experience within this then you should be getting rewarded fairly and given exciting opportunities. If you're not then this is the chance to change that.
There is a uniquely exciting opportunity to develop and deliver the acquisition marketing strategy from scratch but for a business who are highly secure and established. How can both things be true? This isn't a new business, in fact they've been established for over 75 years and have billions in assets managed, so know what they're doing when it comes to service and delivery. What they are about to execute with your help is the growth in a market which they have a small foot-hold in but are ready to grow.
The value you'll bring will be in using insight to build a clear picture of the market, creating acquisition plans across all channels and working with multiple stakeholders internally to deliver.
- Passionate to self-develop and create a legacy in your role.
- B2B acquisition experience within regulated financial services, understanding marketing to employer consultancy firms, corporate IFA's and direct to business.
- Strategy creation and multi-channel campaign planning experience.
- Knowledge of acquisition through digital, thought leadership, events, PR, sales enablement, trade campaigns.
- Confidence in stakeholder engagement and influencing.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Gathering research and insight to identify opportunities for acquisition through different customer groups.
- Creating acquisition plans across a range of channels to target each audience.
- Working with internal colleagues to deliver activity and track progress.
- Report results to executive board and agree future strategy.
Where You'll Be Based:
The company has great offices in central Leeds commutable by both public transport and by car. You'll likely want to be in the office frequently as you build your internal network but there is hybrid working in place within the business so as long as you can be in Leeds 2-3 days a week that will work.
