Senior Customer Planning Executive - Yorkshire

As a market leader our client is well respected and has shown great success over the last 5 years continually growing and developing their business. Having just launched a new brand to market, they now require a Senior Customer Planning Executive to ensure marketing activity is consistent across channels and targeted appropriately. Working within the marketing team you will develop an effective customer contact strategy ensuring that campaigns and communications are sent to the right audience at the right time and with the right message. You'll need a background in proposition management, CRM or campaign planning ideally within a high volume consumer focused business marketing across multiple channels to be considered for this great opportunity.

The Role:
* Develop contact strategy and own customer journey across all channels.
* Manage internal relationships with marketing and digital colleagues to develop customer communications that fit the contact strategy.
* Report on campaign performance and constantly provide relevant MI back to the business.
* Create marketing plans based on customer and campaign insight.
* Manage and develop one direct report.

The Person:
* Previously developed contact strategy across multiple channels for consumer focused business.
* Strong analytically and confident reporting performance to management.
* Confident managing a direct report.
* Able to manage and influence multiple stakeholders internally and externally.
