Retention Campaign Manager - Yorkshire

One of North Yorkshires leading consumer organisations is looking to recruit a Retention Marketing Manager to manage retention marketing campaigns and improve customer retention numbers. You will manage a small team and multiple internal and external stakeholders to engage the existing customer base and gain their allegiance to the brand. With Direct Mail holding a critical role in the mix it is critical that this is where your expertise lay, yet the role will provide you with the opportunity to manage multichannel campaigns to support this activity.

The Role:
* Support in the creation and delivery of marketing retention strategy to optimise retained customers.
* Devise program of mailing packs throughout first 18 months of customer lifecycle to build and enhance brand and product value.
* Utilise additional marketing channels to enhance retention strategy.
* Manage and develop direct report.
* Guide business in the role each area plays in improving customer retention.

The Person:
* Experienced Direct Marketing specialist with evidence of managing high volume consumer focused campaigns.
* Retention focused marketer with appreciation of multichannel campaign management.
* Ideally experience leading a team.
* Confident managing agency relationships and driving performance.
