Recruitment Resourcer – Graduate Level - Yorkshire

MET Marketing is a leading, Leeds based specialist in the recruitment of Marketing, Creative and Digital positions across the North. We have an established team and are now looking to hire a graduate level position to manage the candidate sourcing and interview process to deliver an outstanding candidate experience. This role will offer the ability for progression into either a more senior resourcing position are a Recruitment Consultant position. There is opportunity to earn bonus in this role.

We are looking for a confident individual with excellent skills in administration, customer service, outbound and inbound telephone calls, face-2-face meetings and IT skills. This role will suit an individual looking to make a career move into a fast paced and professional recruitment business. An interest in marketing and/or the creative industry would be beneficial.

The Role:
Using all available sources to network and grow relationships with candidates - Database, LinkedIn, Job boards, networking events
Source and interview candidates both prospect and for specific roles
Recommend candidates for opportunities
Identify commercial opportunities for candidates and the wider business
Meet with individuals on a regular basis and grow relationships
Manage ongoing candidate CRM to maintain relationships
Produce content to promote MET and existing vacancies
Support with marketing, events and social activity when required
Support the team with administrative duties when required
Attend industry events

The Person:
Commercial experience within an office environment
Role ideally within administration and customer service
Excellent people skills over the phone and face-2-face
Commercial acumen to spot opportunities
Drive to hit set targets
Excellent written skills
