Marketing Project Manager - Yorkshire

Our leading education/training client are looking for a Marketing Project Manager for an initial 11 month contract to cover maternity leave. The variety in the Marketing Project Manager role requires somebody with demonstrable experience across the marketing mix, who would be passionate in communicating the journey and ethos of the experience offered to young people by our client. The successful Marketing Project Manager will be required to help push the learning experience to new and existing customers, through maximising marketing resources, co-ordinating relationships with external 3rd parties and managing internal communications.

The Role:
·Project Management - pulling content together from team leaders around the organisation to distribute through website, social media and email, managing internal and external communications and co-ordinating delivery to deadlines. Managing multiple work-streams concurrently, with a focus on company tone of voice and engagement with targeted audiences through effectively managing internal, stakeholder and 3rd party relationships
·Website Management - ongoing responsibility of designing, maintaining and developing new websites through managing external developers and a central marketing team. Ensuring consistency and improved interactivity through images/ text / homepage / landing page.
·Social Media - Managing and updating Instagram, Facebook, Flickr, Youtube, LinkedIn accounts with photos and content, posters, new hash-tags and handouts. Social Media is a key outlet for engaging the Client's existing customers and engaging potential new customers. There will be a 6 month social media plan, including competitions to increase engagement.
·Blogs - Setting up, updating and managing Blogs. Blogs hold particular significance in this role, and updating customers through written content and exciting photography is vital in sharing the experience offered by the client, while attracting new customers.
·Email Marketing - Design mailing list through Salesforce, including the schedule and delivery of mailshots, and subsequent analysis of impact through Mail Chimp stat analysis.
·Marketing Materials - Managing the briefing and production of brochures, posters, and flyers for events or conferences

The Person:
·Confident project managing multiple tasks and prioritising own workload
·Ability to build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including designers and marketing agencies
·Experience using CMS to update website content, ideally WordPress
·Managed corporate social media accounts
·A proactive self-starter with the ability to demonstrate initiative to improve systems, processes and procedures
·Excellent communicator and interpersonal skills, with strong command of written English and an eye for visual creativity
·Analytical thinking: ability to monitor, analyse and evaluate both quantitative and quantitative data
·Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
·A keen interest and/or experience in education or youth development
·Any experience of marketing to an international audience or experience of foreign languages would be a bonus
·Knowledge and experience of Salesforce, Mail chimp or similar
·Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop would be advantageous
