Marketing Communications Manager - Yorkshire

This is a great opportunity for a b2b marketer with experience marketing to IFA's brokers or intermediaries to work for a leading name in financial services in a broad and varied marketing position. Whilst this job is a 12 month contract covering maternity, the organisation are well respected as a great employer and have a marketing team of 30+ in which you could potentially develop your career further. In this role you will lead a small team in the delivery of marketing activity to the intermediaries market covering key channels such as events, marketing support to sales teams, specialist trade advertising and promotions and incentives to raise awareness with intermediaries and encourage more business to be driven through them. To be considered you will need to be a B2B marketing specialist, ideally with experience marketing to / through intermediaries in a financial services industry.

The Role:
* Advertise and promote the organisation through independent intermediaries and network groups.
* Create marketing support and literature for sales teams.
* Ensure intermediaries have access to relevant marketing literature and product information online and offline.
* Identify relevant industry events and manage presence and promotion at events.
* Create campaigns which deliver ROI and enhance broker relationships and revenue.

The Person:
* Experience marketing to brokers, IFA's and intermediaries in financial services.
* Breadth of knowledge of marketing channels covering literature, events, promotions and digital marketing.
* Available for 12 month fixed term contract.
* Experience managing or mentoring additional staff.
