Internal Communications Manager - Yorkshire

Internal Communication Manager for a blue-chip, consumer focused Yorkshire business. Our client offers an exceptional opportunity for an Internal Communication Manager to help take their business area forward and make a real difference. This role will look at establishing Internal Communications, developing the strategy and plan along with executing and delivering across the business. Our client is a multi-site organisation, across the UK and Ireland, with plans to develop communications massively. To apply for this role we are looking for an individual who has significant experience within Internal Communications, ideally within a blue-chip, multi-site business with the ability to work both strategically and hands-on.

The Role:
* Develop the internal communication strategy in line with the business strategy
* Engage multiple stakeholders from the boardroom down
* Produce high quality, stimulating content across all channels
* Measure and track effectiveness of communications
* Manage internal and external resource including agencies
* Develop and deliver the CSR strategy
* Develop a consistent message and communication across all channels

The Person:
* Significant internal communications experience within a complex, multi-site business is ideal
* Proven ability to develop the strategy, plan and implement
* Influence at all levels
* Manage budgets and projects
* Can take the wider business view and where internal fits into this
