Head of Marketing & PR - Yorkshire
Following significant development in recent years, one of the UK's most up and coming restaurant businesses are looking to appoint a Head of Marketing to take the business to the next level. Thai Leisure Group have been established for nearly 15 years and operate multiple brands including Chaophraya and ThaiKhun. Whilst well established they have ambitious plans for growth across the UK from a current 15 restaurants, to a planned 40 in the next 3 years.
Reporting to the Managing Director you will take ownership of the group marketing and brand development strategy. You will manage an established team, lead agency relationships and deliver marketing and advertising which drives foot-fall to restaurants and leaves customers as advocates of the brands.
Covering all online and offline channels you should have a breadth of experience across marketing, advertising, PR and events. Digital is a key channel for the business who already have branded websites for each brand in the group and individual mobile applications. You will use your knowledge and expertise to improve and build on the current presence and deliver digital marketing which engages and attracts customers. Launching of new venues across the UK and experience of venue openings is a fundamental for all applicants as is an appreciation and demonstrable experience across CRM, advertising and brand development.

With regular liaison with the owners and Managing Director as well as all staff across the business and restaurants, you'll need to be confident communicating at all levels and be approachable, personable and willing to get your hands dirty.
To be considered for this role you must come from a background in marketing within the leisure/hospitality industry and will have overseen the growth of a restaurant brand within the UK market. You will be passionate, engaging and motivated to succeed, whilst remaining grounded and inclusive in your approach to team management. You will have owned P&L responsibility for marketing budgets and be a capable leader of agencies and of internal teams, able to inspire those around you.
The successful applicant can expect a package including:
- Basic Salary - £50,000 - £60,000

This Head of Marketing job can be based in any location across the UK with regular travel to restaurants across the UK a requirement of the role.
