Head of Digital Acquisition - Yorkshire

We are currently working with a highly ambitious and rapidly expanding retail business in Leeds who are on the lookout for a Head of Digital Acquisition to help the business achieve their exciting growth plans. The business has made fantastic strides in the UK market since forming nearly a decade ago, establishing a committed and loyal customer base with so much scope to grow further. Digital and marketing is at the epicentre of the business and their plans moving forward and this role will play a critical role in helping the business achieve success. The Head of Digital Acquisition will manage campaigns across PPC, Paid Social, Affiliates and potentially other acquisition channels depending on where there may be other potential beneficial opportunities. This role will have two direct reports in the Paid Media team and will manage a 7 figure yearly budget. This is a fantastic opportunity to take your career to the next level.

The Role:

• Manage Paid Social campaigns across Facebook, Instagram and further social channels in future campaigns.
• PPC management across Paid Search and display.
• Ownership and distribution of a 7 figure acquisition budget.
• Manage and lead a small paid media team.

The Person:

• Will have managed 7 figure yearly budgets.
• Must be highly analytical.
• Ideally people management experience.
• Will have a B2C focus.

This job is commutable from Leeds, York, Bradford, Harrogate and the surrounding areas. This is a hybrid role with a mix of home and office working.
