CRM Marketing Manager - Yorkshire
One of the leading consumer brands in Yorkshire is looking to recruit an experienced CRM Manager to join a new brand in the strategic planning of campaigns. You will work with a large database and be responsible for planning the campaigns to maximise customer value as well as delivering these to customers. The majority of campaigns are through digital email campaigns with some supporting print activity. As part of a sizeable marketing team you will manage internal relationships with the creative teams who will execute the campaigns and will be a strong team player with leadership qualities. To be considered you must have a background in consumer focused CRM management ideally from within the retail and ecommerce, telecoms or financial services industry.
· Develop plans to accurately target customers with relevant marketing activity to their profile at the right stage in their customer lifecycle.
· Own and run a strategy which maximises a customers lifetime value and retains them as a long-term and high value customer.
· Brief marketing team in producing campaigns for specific target segments.
· Experienced CRM expert with experience planning digital (email) and print campaigns simultaneously.
· Consumer expert with experience within a high volume consumer industry such as Retail, Telecoms, Travel or Finance.
· Confident leader able to manage internal stakeholders at all levels.
· Commercial astute with strong analytical and numerical ability.
