Client Services Director - Yorkshire

Our Client is an established and well respected marketing agency based in West Yorkshire and due to the continued growth of a high profile account they are looking for a Senior Account Director/ Client Services Director to lead the team. This role will focus on managing a high-profile, profitable, blue-chip consumer account. To be considered for this role you must have worked within a marketing agency, have experience of operating at a strategic level, ideally BTL experience, retail marketing understanding and have the ability to operate hands on when required.
The Role:
* Grow, develop and retain clients
* Work at a strategic level with clients
* Manage a team and develop individuals
* Deliver projects to time, budget and deliver profit
* Forecast, plan and take a business view across your accounts
* Manage multiple stakeholders both internal and external
* Deliver outstanding client services
* Manages campaigns TTL with a focus on in-store retail marketing and branding
The Person:
* Existing senior agency individual
* Strong strategic experience
* Excellent understanding of retail
* Ability to both plan and hands on deliver
* Strong financial management
* Ability to work to a senior level and influence
