Partnerships and Shows Manager

This is an excellent opportunity to join an industry leading insurance business, with multiple industry awards this is a chance to join an incredible business. They are looking for someone to join the business and review the brands existing market segments and seek out corporate partnerships that offer true and lasting 'value'.

Key objectives; to drive brand awareness, consideration and lead generation within target segments.

The role is paying up to £60,000 with an industry leading bonus structure.

Accountabilities
·Lead the development and delivery of partnership and shows strategies and plans in line with wider marketing, strategic and business objectives.

·Identify, create and exploit new and existing commercial partnerships with aligned organisations enabling the business to reach target segments, positively position the brand and drive lead generation.

·Review, measure and report on partnership and show activity and recommend test and learn opportunities to continuously improve ROI against commercial metrics in addition to consideration of brand and relationship building.

·Own, develop and manage the relationships across the business and other key suppliers and partners including leading contract negotiations and the development, management and reporting of KPI's. Ensure that a supplier management framework is in place to maximise deliverables and manage costs against budget.

·Lead the championing of the partnerships and shows strategy and activity with stakeholders both within the Division to ensure plans are fully integrated and aligned and also across the business obtaining engagement and support from key colleagues.

·Lead, manage, motivate and develop direct reports so that they know what is expected, are able to maximise their contribution to business objectives and realise their potential.

·Deliver short term / one-off projects and activities as required by and to the standards and outcomes agreed with Line Manager

The Person
·Significant experience in delivering brand and experiential strategies and plans to different target segments.

·Significant experience of creating and developing successful 3rd party commercial relationships that deliver results.

·Good understanding of the full marketing mix and experience of delivering integrated campaigns working with a number of teams.
