Customer Communications Manager

This is an excellent opportunity to join an industry leading insurance business, with multiple industry awards this is a chance to join an incredible business. A business that puts the customer at the heart of everything they do. They are looking for someone to lead on direct marketing activity and customer communications for the brand across direct marketing and CRM.

The role is paying up to £65,000 with an industry leading bonus structure.

Accountabilities

·Develop and implement a direct marketing strategy and plan ensuring it is aligned to business objectives and capacity. Including ownership of marketing calendar

·Collaborate with the business in order to develop and implement a Customer Contact Strategy that considers current and potential future customer management systems.

·Develop a thorough approach to analysis to create a culture of data driven decisions. Work closely with colleagues to plan, drive and deliver the required marketing effectiveness analysis using current and future systems. Including Campaign reporting

·Own, direct and manage the relationships with direct marketing suppliers e.g. data, print, email and creative agencies ensuring that a supplier management framework is in place to maximise their deliverables and manage costs.

·Considering the future CRM system, build a strategy and plan for data collection. Engage with key stakeholders across the business to collect relevant data for current and future use (e.g. prospect database, email collection, communication preferences).

·Support the CRM project to develop a strategy and plan for the design and implementation of a CRM system in order to enable better targeting of key customer segments. Act as a subject matter expert within the CRM project team.

·Lead, manage, motivate and develop direct reports so that they know what is expected, are able to maximise their contribution to business objectives and realise their potential.

·Deliver short term / one-off projects and activities as required by and to the standards and outcomes agreed with Line Manager.
