Marketing Director - North West

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing and dynamic retail business whose major channel is digital. Managing a large marketing and digital team this will be a broad digital and e-commerce role operating at a senior strategic level whilst remaining team focused and hands on. Our Client is going through an impressive growth phase and is the market leader in their retail sector. This role will focus on developing the online proposition, managing all online marketing and developing and growing e-commerce. To apply for this role you must have extensive experience within retail or consumer brand marketing and over the last 5 years have had significant focus digitally.

The Role:
• Managing and developing the e-commerce team
• Developing the short and long-term e-commerce and marketing plan
• Reporting to the board and influencing at all levels
• Full P&L responsibility
• Managing a significant marketing and e-commerce budget
• Commercial delivery against objectives
• Online brand and product development
• Strategic lead on all marketing and e-commerce projects

The Person:
• Experienced Marketing Director
• Consumer marketing background
• Significant digital marketing experience
• Extensive man management experience
• Must have managed complete P&L and multi-million pound budgets
• Ideally a background within an established brand
