Interim Customer Communications Manager - Yorkshire
This highly secure financial organisation operate within an arguably recession proof market and have a great opportunity for someone to join the team on a fixed term contract for a minimum period of 12 months. Working as part of an established marketing team you will be responsible for Customer Communications across a range of channels covering Literature, Digital Content, Social and Email. To be considered you'll need excellent writing skills, a good knowledge of online and offline channels and be able to pick up a complex and regulated subject matter.
- Oversee the production of content for regulatory documents and knowledge sharing with customers.
- Collate and edit content from across the business to form useful information in a creatively engaging format.
- Create bi-weekly corporate social content.
- Plan and lead email activity, producing new emails each week.
- Manage multiple agency relationships to support in creative, content and media.
- Available for a fixed term contract of 12 months +.
- Experience of creating customer communications across multiple channels.
- Proven producing content on a complex or regulated product area.
The Location & Flexibility:
This Customer Communications Manager job is offering hybrid working with two days per week required in the Leeds City Centre based office. The office is easily accessible by public transport with links to Huddersfield, York, Harrogate, Sheffield and Manchester locations.
