It’s the final day of our low-sugar lunch challenge today, in support of #MensHealthWeek, and it’s safe to say that we will certainly miss Ed cooking us all lunch every day!

Yesterday we had Chinese Spiced Duck Salad, which everyone was very impressed with. We have to admit, everyone was a little hesitant to put mango and duck together at first but the flavour combination worked really well.

For our final dish today, Ed made us Chicken and Sweet Potato Hash. This dish contained slightly more sugar than some, coming in at 13g in total per serving.

But what did the team think about today’s dish?

Recruitment consultant Emma said: “I would never order anything with cinnamon, but I would definitely eat that again”- which is a good sign she liked it, right?

We’ve really enjoyed the past week of healthy lunches, and overall the team have said that as the week has gone on, they have felt like their brain feels more switched on, as well as having more energy in the afternoon.
