LOW SUGAR LUNCH: TASTE TEST DAY 4 – CHINESE SPICED DUCK SALAD

The week is drawing to a close and for our low-sugar lunch challenge today, in support of #MensHealthWeek, once again Ed has cooked us a delicious lunch.

Yesterday’s Chilli Chicken Wraps went down a treat, although we did agree that we will put some fresh chilli in next time to add an extra kick to taste. As far as we know, no one snuck off for a late afternoon snack so they definitely hit the spot.

Today’s Chinese Spiced Duck Salad contained 35g of protein and only 8g of sugar, so we’re all feeling full of energy in the office this afternoon.
